Subscribe & Save is exclusively accessible to customers shipping to addresses within the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, India, Japan, Australia, and United Arab Emirates. The benefits, discounts, and any special limited-time subscription promotions offered through Subscribe & Save are applicable solely to eligible items that display the Subscribe & Save offer message when you opt for the Subscribe & Save delivery method. These benefits, discounts, and limited-time subscription promotions are only valid for eligible items displaying the Subscribe & Save offer message when selecting the Subscribe & Save delivery method. Subscriptions remain valid while supplies last. Special limited-time subscription promotions are effective only during their specified dates. All returns made under Subscribe & Save are subject to the Scarce.us Returns policy. Subscription Renewal, Payment , And Cancellation
Your Subscribe & Save subscription orders will be automatically fulfilled based on your selected delivery schedule. Your subscription will persist, and your payment method will be charged until you decide to cancel the subscription.
The price of a Subscribe & Save subscription is listed on the relevant product detail page. The total amount charged to your payment method for each Subscribe & Save order will be the item's cost on the day the order is processed (subject to change), minus the Subscribe & Save discount, along with any applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and fees. We reserve the right to adjust the price for a Subscribe & Save subscription at any time and for any reason. Details regarding price changes will be accessible to you on the Manage Your Account page. The full cost for each Subscribe & Save item shipment will be debited from the payment method you utilized to establish your subscription or as instructed by you. In the event that we encounter difficulties processing your Subscribe & Save order with the designated payment method, please visit the Account page to either cancel your subscription or skip your delivery to avoid being charged for it. Each charge will be processed for payment on the date of your item's shipment.
You have the freedom to cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription at any point or opt to skip your upcoming delivery before it's dispatched through the Account Manager page. To cancel, navigate to your subscription on the Manage Your Subscriptions page, choose Cancel Subscription, and then select Cancel my subscription. Should you decide to reactivate your subscription after canceling it, please note that the discount applied to any Subscribe & Save item may differ from the discount in effect at the time of cancellation. If the percentage discount for a particular Subscribe & Save item changes, the new discount will be implemented on your subsequent shipments of that item. Additional Restrictions
Your involvement in Subscribe & Save is intended solely for your personal use, and you are not permitted to transfer, assign, or sell your subscription or any associated benefits to any third party without obtaining authorization from us. We retain the discretion to refrain from shipping a subscription shipment for one or more subscription periods. Rest assured, you will not incur any charges for skipped shipments. Our Right To Terminate
We reserve the right to terminate your Subscribe & Save subscription at our discretion, without prior notice. If such termination occurs after you've been charged a subscription price but before we've shipped the subscription shipment for that period, your subscription will be canceled, and we'll issue a refund for the applicable subscription price of that period. However, please note that no refund will be provided for terminations related to conduct we determine, at our discretion, to violate these Terms or any applicable law, or involve fraud or misuse of any Subscribe & Save subscription. Our failure to insist upon or enforce strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights. Returns And Refunds
All returns and refunds for Subscribe & Save subscription shipments adhere to the Scarce.us Returns and Refunds policy. Subscribe & Save subscriptions are not valid where prohibited by Law.Agreement Changes
In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to modify these Terms (including all relevant terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the Scarce.us website) without prior notice to you. If any alteration to these terms is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that specific change will be considered separately and will not impact the validity and enforceability of any remaining alterations or conditions.
