We offer a 14-day return policy for all unused products with all Scarce and designer garment tags still attached. 


All special promotion boxes, including the Sample Sale Boxes and the Archive Boxes, are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be allowed for these boxes.

Customers may return items for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted. They will be sent back to the customer, and/or a refund will be refused.
There are no returns or exchanges on Sample Sale Boxes.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and to inform you of the status of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
 
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please recheck your bank account and/or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We offer a 14-day exchange policy for all unused products with all Scarce and designer garment tags still attached. Customers may exchange items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and only for the same item.If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at info@scarce.US to request an RMA for Exchange. When you receive the RMA, please send your item to 1715 Oak Street, Lakewood, NJ, 08701, United States. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping
To return your product, please send us an email at info@scarce.US to request an RMA.  When you receive the RMA, please send your item to 1715 Oak Street, Lakewood, NJ, 08701, United States. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
 
We offer the option of purchasing a prepaid return label for $15. If you choose this option, this amount will be deducted from your refund.

When shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
